If you believe that you aren't living life to the fullest, then you are missing out on the biggest and most important aspect of your life. I'm going to write that here, in the form of nonsense so that you can understand how you can move yourself forward again.
Do you believe in "non-selfish" motivation? Doing something purely for the sake of others without caring for anything in return. The word "return" is defined as ANY kind of return. That also includes the satisfaction of helping someone. Can you give that feeling up or any associated feeling that you are "aiming" for? If there's something you can't give up as a condition to help others, then you are not altruistic. This is reality. We are all drawn to things that benefits us, even if it's not obvious or socially defined as "benefiting". The moment you have motivation to do anything, it's definitely selfish. However, don't confuse selfishness with "evil", which are two very different things.
When we are fully expressing our selfish ways, accepting the results of
our selfish actions, and just moving towards our goal in life with that
energy and vigor, we simply are being altruistic. When we activate our true selfish motivation, we actually have done three major good deeds. First, when you are devoting yourself to accomplish the most desirable thing you want in life, you have already accept the consequences of failure and punishment if anything goes wrong along the way. You have already expressed that you will self sacrifice for the sake of what you want to do. Second, with your devotion, you will trigger others' motivation to activate because of your influence. They can be for your cause, against your cause, or simply running parallel with you by doing something else, like selling flowers, but never crossing roads with you. Third, you have just rejoined hands with one of the best friends of your life, which is yourself. You are being you, ready to burn yourself in your waves of excitement and passion. When you do this, you will realize that the close ones in your life will rapidly change into different ones. Whether you accept this or not depends on how you accept destiny. If selfish motivation is so powerful, then why isn't it obvious to everybody?
Society has been very subtle and consistent at suppressing our expression of this natural trait. We do this too ready, and too often causing unnecessary amounts of pain, and damage to ourselves and to others, including the ones we love. That's why evil has a bigger potential to grow. Evil in this sense is not the devils you see in movies. True evil is not simply destroying things and not following the rules. Source of evil is mostly confusion. For example, lets visualize evil like it's some kind of dark, heavy, and stick mud, and it replaces the air you are breathing. Also visualize that you are aware of it's qualities, but you prefer breathing it in. Now, put yourself in a situation in which you are fighting against someone in this same dark and muddy environment. You fight each other for days and nights, and you know the other started the fight. You simply retaliated. The other one feels that you did too much damage and retaliated back at your retaliation. Remember, you can't really see each other in this dark, muddy environment. Both of you are shrouded in darkness. Society definitely runs the way I described with the symbolic picture I stated above for you. We all want to "get even", despite the fact that you are both confused at what the others' intentions, and personalities truly are. However, if one of you are wise enough to climb a ladder out of the dark muddy area, then you will see the sun shining on the horizon, and the dark mud will leave your whole body system. The other one would have "won" the fight, but you won the bigger "freedom" in life. What I'm trying to say is that your expression of your life should not be a direct influence of others in the dark. You should see beyond your limit for your true selfish motivation to express. If you live your life simply to overwhelm, or to do things in response to things, then you will live your life with suffering without any cure.
Realizing true selfish motivation is important, because it helps extends and expresses who you really are and what you really want. This is simply realization of your freedom of your will and spirit which has been overly cramped up for many years. The way to find your true selfish motivation has to be consistently be observed everyday by you. Rethink any action you take, and any feelings you have associated with it. Selfish motivation in it's pure form, can be found inside you once you stripped away all the other embellishing factors. In other words, you have to be very clear about your intentions. Do not judge any of your beliefs, because that belief might be more correct than you think. Not to mention, society has altered it so it might clouded by false and negative ideas. Let me give an example about myself. I used to treat everybody gently and nicely. I believed that it was the "right thing to do". However, after carefully observing myself, I realized that I simply wanted the happy feeling that I helped someone, and I "deserve" to be treated well by karma and the universe. Of course, when I first started doing this, I didn't really think I was aiming for that. I simply believed that I did it because I was altruistic. Now, you might be confused and ask, "what's wrong with that?". I am going to tell you that part now. Once, I went out of my own way to help someone, however, it actually made their situation worse, and I was blamed heavily for it. I was doing it out of what I believed to be a "good heart" and I got punished for it. I was really depressed, so I stopped being nice for many years. However, many years later, I realized that I actually do want to be nice with others because I wanted the good feelings from the deed. After realizing that, the intention became very clear in my mind, and I had no trouble being nice to others again. Others can blame and hurt me all they want, I simply want to express my true selfish motivation. That example is only one type of selfish motivation. There are many other types. I'll give you one more example then I want you to think on your own. It's another example from my past. When I was twenty years old, I loved exercising. However, I stopped after a while. The reason I stopped is because I didn't attract any women. That was my true selfish motivation. I was lying to myself by saying that I am doing it for "health". However, many years later, I did discover that I have a true selfish motivation for building health with exercise. I realized that this selfish motivation couldn't be fully expressed because I prefer doing exercise that frees my mind and spirit, instead of muscle exercises that makes me over sweat. What exercise do I do now? Yoga of course. You might not consider it an exercise, but that's only our difference of opinion and selfish motivation. So if you want to succeed in life, you better be clear about your selfish motivation also. How do you do it? First, get rid of your negative burdens.
Our selfish motivation and comfort pocket has a very close relationship. They are both centered around our emotions. Comfort pocket is created by us naturally so that we do repetitive things most efficiently in automation. Selfish motivation is the driving force to do ANYTHING. Society nowadays are very heavily reliant on comfort pocket to do things in automation, because of lack of passionate selfish motivation. Now, as stated in my previous writings, once comfort pockets are created, it can NEVER be destroyed. It's part of your subconsciousness. Your brain has no ability to control it. Not to mention it's a pillar of how you define yourself. If you destroy it, you will go crazy, or temporarily insane. So to find your true selfish motivation, then you will have to overlap your old comfort
pockets with new comfort pockets. Our comfort
pockets stores our beliefs, so you will have to learn a new belief that is even more powerful than your old belief. For example, lets say you want to be a sushi chef, and you think touching raw meat is disgusting. However, that belief might have been instilled into you by your friends or close ones. It's too late to get rid of that belief. However, you can start visualizing the satisfaction of putting that sushi into your mouth and savoring the tastiness of it. If that belief is enough to override your old comfort
pockets of "disgusting" then it's fine. That's just an example, so think of your own!!
Searching for true selfish motivation is not easy because we are all clouded in dark and muddy mindset. However, it can't escape you, because it's always there inside of you, waiting for you to remember who you really want to be.

How to Work Harder - Selfish Motivation Application
You are desperate to work hard, yet you are reading nonsense? Shameful man, shameful.
The moment you decided to read this, you have already made a major mistake. You might believe that you are still capable of working harder, but the truth is, you are already working at your hardest. The real issue you are facing is that you are not living your life based on your true selfish motivation. If you work outside of it, then even if you "force" or "push" yourself, you can only work at fifty percent efficiency, or worst, much less than that, probably only around one percent. In other words, you'll never be able to work your "truly hardest" if you follow your current mindset. Unfortunately, ninety percent of the current population falls into this trend.
As I discussed before in my previous writings, selfish motivation is what you truly want deep down to your core. Once you realize what your true selfish motivation is, then you'll live life to the fullest and maximize everything you desire from it. With this type of motivation, you won't be confused by what other individuals desire in life. For example, lets say that you only desire to eat one apple in your life and you feel satisfied, but someone you know keeps pushing you to eat as many apples as possible. Since you are "pushed" to believe "opposite" of what you want, then you'll be constantly suffering from getting extra apples that you don't want. On the other hand, it's also possible that you desire as many bananas as possible in your life, yet someone you know tells you to be modest and play it "safe", so you only eat one. Since you are suffering from the fear of going beyond your "limit" then you will constantly suffer with the hunger for more. Apples and bananas are simply fruit analogies of what you desire in life, so replace them with the object of desire in your mind to see what I mean. In the beginning, you might remember what your selfish motivation is, but as time passes by, your new comfort pockets will cover up and distract you from what you really wanted- making you forget, so if you still remember, hold on and keep track of it.
Your true selfish motivation simply lacks "activation" when you believe that you are not working as hard as you should be. There are only two reasons for this. One reason is that the assignment you are pursuing right now is completely unrelated to your selfish motivation. Second reason is that your selfish motivation for your current job is being burdened by negative factors. If the job you are currently pursuing is not your selfish motivation, yet you still want to continue, then the best you can do is to build lots of comfort pockets around it so that your life is easier by having yourself work in automation. comfort pockets are built by doing the same thing as many times as possible, and accepting all failures and success into it. Once your comfort pockets are high quality enough, then you will be able to work in automation, and your memory will blank out, putting you in a state of max efficiency without tiring you out from stress. Of course, without true selfish motivation, then your max efficiency still can't be too high. In another case, you truly desire what you are doing, but you're distracted from your path. If that's the case, your selfish motivation is being burdened by something else, and you'll have to solve your problem differently.
If there are negative factors burdening your selfish motivation, then get rid of them, or override them with new comfort pockets. There are many variation of these factors, so you will have to learn to look out for them yourself.
First factor you should consider are your talents, and your natural intelligence. I chose these factors first, because we all have a natural tendency to pursue things we are better at. As I discussed in my previous writings, natural intelligence has a strong tendency to breed laziness, because everything seems overly easy to do. That also applies if you have strong talent in the subject you are pursuing. What you can do to handle this problem is to realize the true complexity that's built into the goal you have in mind. Every truly desirable goal you want to accomplish always will have a lengthy process full of twists and turns that can't be explained in plain words or simple language. Without enough experience in the subject, or in other words, enough high quality comfort pockets built for it, even your overwhelmingly powerful natural talent will only scratch the surface of the puzzle, not truly handling it the way you desire to handle. For example, lets say you are talented in memorizing, designing and calculating floor plans and blue prints for commercial buildings. However, you never put any of your talent into practice. You even delay your practice for a long period of time. When you first begin doing it, you will find yourself "stuck" in many situations in which the theories you perfectly memorize does not apply. This happens ANYWHERE no matter what you are pursuing. The reason this is the case is because not everything that can be learned in the field can actually be completely expressed into words. This is especially true if you want to develop shortcuts into accomplishing your tasks quickly. Realizing this mindset will help you surpass the laziness your natural talent is burdening you with.
Second factor you should consider is whether the tasks you are pursuing are actually hard at all. Everybody is born with their own strengths, and weaknesses. These strengths and weaknesses amplifies depending how you are brought up since you were a child. Tasks that are difficult for others aren't necessarily difficult for you. Generalizing difficulties for anything has always been a BIG mistake society has made. Nothing is hard if you are selfishly motivated to accomplish it. For example, lets say you love eating all kinds of flavor of food, and you got a job as a gourmet. With your job, you'll have to eat thirty meals a day. For any spectator watching you do the job, they will most likely feel sorry for the mass amounts of food that you have to eat. What's the impression of the spectators? They will believe that your job is overly difficult. However, you do enjoy your job, and have no trouble completing your tasks. Don't burden your motivation with unnecessary hesitations just because SOMEONE ELSE believes it's difficult. People rethink what they enjoy because of others' opinions. Its insane to listen to them, and you lose precious time hesitating. If you absolutely believe something is easy, then it is most likely easy for you. Don't start hypnotizing yourself into believing the opposite.
Third factor you should consider is compare and contrast. Do not compare yourself with others. There are many times that when you are selfishly motivated to do something, you will be able to notice natural shortcuts to accomplishing the tasks. Others who attempts to follow you or copy you will not be able to do so if they are not selfishly motivated to accomplish the same goal. You might be able to spend one hour to accomplishing the same tasks that requires others spending thirty hours. Don't start pushing yourself to follow their ways and methods simply because of the time difference or whatever difference. Don't go with the flow, if your goal at hand is your ultimate desire in life then live it in the way that's meant for you. Your path is not meant for others and vice versa. However, if you see value in what they are doing, then just learn those values. Don't follow anything that makes you less efficient. Don't start believing that if you don't spend the same amount of hours, or same amount of inefficient efforts then you are not working hard enough. If you can accomplish the same tasks much more efficiently and quickly, then you are already working hard, because more work has been done without having more time being spent.
Fourth factor you should consider are your intentions for pursuing your goal in mind. This usually involves right and wrong in the equation. This is a very big factor because there are many things we consider right and wrong. I agree that there are plenty of things in which right and wrong is very clear cut. For example, killing is wrong. However, there are many gray areas in which society has no answer to. For example, is disliking your parents wrong? Is pitying poor people right? You only have one life to live. Once you are finished, you are finished. If your intentions are ever criticized, then think back to your starting point. Why did you decide to pursue your object of desire. Do you still want to follow that reasoning? Hopefully that reason is enough to help you blast through your obstacles. Others can say whatever they want, because they are criticizing you in a spectator seat. One factor you have to prepare for when you pursue the object of your desire is the possibility of criticism. Remember, if you don't choose your path with your decision, then someone else will begin to choose for you.
Fifth factor you should consider are unnecessary amounts of rests. We all have a tendency to take breaks, which is fine, if you believe it's completely necessary. However, if you are simply "forcing" yourself to rest, when you are absolutely motivated to continue pursuing, then it's not alright to rest. If it's simply "conventional" to rest, yet you don't feel that need, you should just continue working. Continue working if you believe so, because you are simply doing what you are absolutely desired to do. You do not desire to rest yet, so why bother? Others can say whatever they want. In fact, your old comfort pockets might even recommend you to rest. If you feel that you can still go on with DESIRE, then don't stop. Simple as that.
To work hard, all you are doing is really building momentum, as I stated in my previous writings. There's no such thing as working hard in this world unless you are not selfishly motivated to do so, or there are burdening factors. If you absolutely desire what you are doing, then there is no need to work hard.
The moment you decided to read this, you have already made a major mistake. You might believe that you are still capable of working harder, but the truth is, you are already working at your hardest. How to Be Smart - Comfort Pocket + Selfish Motivation Application
So you want to be smart huh? Nonsense. I don't know the answer to that! I only know how to write nonsense! If you're confused, just keep reading!
There are two forms of intelligence in this reality, which are natural intelligence, and specialized intelligence.
Natural intelligence is an inherited trait, so I cannot tell you how to obtain it. It's the most powerful form of intelligence, because the owner of this gift can make quick and strong connections between different pieces of information quickly without having any prior knowledge.
On the other hand, specialized intelligence can be acquired through hard work and training, so this form of intelligence will be the main focus for this piece of writing you are reading.
Both types of intelligence has their own advantages and disadvantages. Natural intelligence is raw mental power that can work in any direction flexibly. However, it's main flaw is that it tends to breed laziness, because life seems incredibly "easy" to the owner of this gift. If individuals with natural intelligence don't continuously train to obtain specialized intelligence, then they will simply become average after a certain age, because they will lose motivation as time passes by. Specialized intelligence provides stability, focus, and confidence. It's the main type of intelligence that all successful individuals in the world use to obtain the object of their desires. However it's main flaw is that it's very inflexible, and it takes a lot of effort to build. Specialized intelligence built without natural intelligence can never surpass natural intelligence in every aspect, but the results are definitely worth it though.
As stated earlier, building specialized intelligence is very inflexible. The meaning behind the name "specialized" is that you must focus on one main reason to build it. For example, you should not build it to "compete" with someone else. You should be very clear about your future goal that you absolutely want to complete in your lifetime, and develop specialized intelligence to pave the path. You should not burden your motivation with unnecessary amounts of negativity. Focus on what you want, not simply avoiding what you don't want only.
Specialized intelligence can be further categorized into two more forms. The first form is specialized intelligence with affinity towards the subject, which is building pure selfish motivation. The second form is specialized intelligence based extreme amounts of experience with the subject, which is building high quality comfort pocket.
Selfish motivation is purely what you want without any unnecessary influence from others. In other words, it's truly what you want at your core. It does not need to be explained, and it does not need reasons. Pure selfish motivation is developed by choice and preparation. To develop this form of specialized intelligence, you should already have a strong interest in it. If you don't, then think very deeply on how it benefits you personally, and try to make a connection to your selfish motivation. The key is that you have to develop your interests so strongly that it becomes an obsession. The more illogical your interest, the better. Selfish motivation opens your eyes to details and freezes time in your world. This is because you are absolutely absorbed and synchronized into whatever you are doing. This form of specialized intelligence helps you complete your tasks without fatigue, because you are simply doing what you want to do so you won't ever feel tired doing it. Since you are fully synchronized with your work, you will also develop a strange form of "super human memory" that is comparable with natural intelligence. However, this form of specialized intelligence will not work if your reasons for "loving" to follow a goal is not complete, or "fake". Selfish motivation is the only type of motivation we have in this world. If it's not pure enough, then the "fake" reasons will burden you and negate your progress. For example, some surgeons believe that they are surgeons to save people. Some surgeons are surgeons because they find it a lot of fun to be a surgeon. Ethically you can complain all you want about the mindset between the two surgeons. However, most of the times, the surgeon who finds his job "fun" will do a much better job, because there's less burden, and a more productive mind and body synchronization. Those with natural intelligence should also develop this form of intelligence, because you get to choose what you want to do in life. You should do so, to further develop yourself, before someone chooses for you.
comfort pocket is something we use everyday, and it can also be used to develop specialized intelligence. It is developed naturally by our mind and body to handle excess load of repeated patterns. For example, it's like waking up at the sound of an alarm clock (or pressing the snooze button forever), your body automatically reacts without your conscious input. This form of specialized intelligence requires the most amount of work to develop, unless you have the previously two types of discussed intelligence to support. Developing it is very straightforward. Just practice working on the process towards your goal repeatedly as many times as possible, while accepting all success and failures. Don't ever stop for either reason, and just keep going. The purpose of this form of specialized intelligence is to obtain "mastery" of yourself. All types of masters always seems to be much better than beginners. This is because they already have a lot of experience stored in their comfort pockets. They have failed and succeeded many times, so most of their weaknesses have already been taken cared of. Now, they can simply focus on reaping success with their gigantic amounts of experience. These people might give a strong impression of being someone who's very intelligent, but they simply have high quality comfort pockets. This form of specialized intelligence is necessary for anybody to aim high for success in life.
Three types of intelligence was introduced to you. Neither of them are superior in all aspects. Natural intelligence is superior because it's raw ability to connect any types of information, however weakness is that it tends to breed lazy confidence. Specialized intelligence based on selfish motivation is superior because it maximizes an individual's concentration in the subject, and gives superior amounts of energy to work hard, and connect information on a subject quickly and efficiently. Specialized intelligence based comfort pocket is superior because it fixes all kinds of mistakes one can make and securing the confidence of the user, aiding the user to master themselves. The general public can only develop specialized intelligence, but that is already a guarantee to succeed in life.

How to Work Towards Your Goal Unstoppable - Momentum Theory
Everybody needs coffee nowadays. Imagine yourself having no headaches or fatigue without coffee or any caffeinated drinks. It's nonsense I know, but it won't have much side effects =p.
For ages many have striven for unlimited stamina so that many boring goals can be accomplished while still having enough energy left to have a satisfying life style. Truth is, that wish is simply impossible. There are two reasons.
One reason is that your wish doesn't equal to others wishes so nobody will be able to follow your rhythm and life style. Lets say for example you have literally unlimited stamina that allows you to skip your meals and sleep and still be healthy and long living. You have decided to fill up your twenty-four hours schedule with your important career building goals and plans of entertainment. However, career building ideas comes randomly as moments of innovative bursts of ideas, so you will never know when great ideas will come to bring you one step or one large step closer to accomplishing the goal you desire. Lets say those bursts always enter your mind during the day hours and seldom appear at night. Logically, you will put more share of your day time into your career and save night hours for entertainment. The problem is here. While you have "free time" at night, the rest of the world, like your family or your significant others are sleeping. Lets just assume that they don't desire to have unlimited stamina like you, but prefers to enjoy meal breaks and sleep breaks. They simply don't want to be "on" twenty-four hours a day. What are you going to do during the extra six to ten hours of free time alone? However, the problem doesn't stop here. There's another reason to why unlimited stamina does not work.
Second reason unlimited stamina doesn't work is because of your core beliefs interfering with your motivation. In other words your comfort pocket. The moment you decided that your important career goals are boring and tedious to accomplish then you are already making a very grave mistake. Even if unlimited stamina was given to you by some force whether its extraterrestrial or beyond mortal beings, you will simply procrastinate from accomplishing your goal and attend to something more interesting and end up spending many decades accomplishing nothing. The final reason is that unlimited stamina is impossible, because meal and sleep breaks are required to maintain your body's wear and tear even if you can mentally and emotionally bypass every obstacle. Even though unlimited stamina is not possible but something close to it can be achieved.
Achieving stamina beyond your normal stamina is what I call "momentum" in this piece of writing. Momentum is built based on your core comfort pocket and selfish motivation. Building this momentum is your key to achieving unlimited stamina and will-power to succeed at whatever you like. Specific rules have to be followed before you can obtain this unlimited source of energy. It's unlimited because it comes back with the same strength after you sleep and eat everyday as opposed to getting more fatigued day after day. First rule is to prioritize your main goal. You might have a lot of goals you want to accomplish, but you should never attempt to handle everything at once, or else you will constantly feel pressured and not be able to accomplish anything at all. Like the old saying goes, "you might have a lot of mouths to eat, but you only have one stomach to digest, so choose wisely." Second rule is to break your important goal down into individual little goals and accomplish them consecutively one at a time. Once you follow these two golden rules, the rest of your power source for your infinite stamina will have to come from you inside out. To do that you will have to prepare your mind and body a specific way.
Whether it's realizing comfort pocket, selfish motivation, or momentum, it's just using different methods to master the efficiency and potential of your mind, body, and soul connection. The key to preparing your body for any type of success is to master yourself . The very first step comes from your heart, in other words, the satisfaction of accomplishing the goal in your mind. If you decided on doing something, then it should be very desirable to accomplish. None of it should be boring to you. If you were very motivated and excited in the beginning and somehow lost interest in it now, then think back to the beginning. Think about why you decided on this goal in the first place. The origin is always the best place to return to when you are stuck, because it is the beginning of your journey for the sake of what you believe in. Your path might have been distorted along the way by others opinions, and feelings, or your disappointment in the outcome. Keep in mind that a goal that you "failed" at is simply an unfinished process. Your goal in mind should be very desirable whether it's the result or the process. Keep going ahead. Momentum is literally built as it moves on. The first step is always difficult, because there's not enough experience to back up your belief. What you should do is to very quickly accomplish a mini goal that pertains to your bigger goal. You can choose your goals so choose the easiest one to start you off, and then challenge yourself later when your momentum has grown big. It's not recommended to tackle an impossible task in the beginning, so don't let your hyped up emotions get the best of you. Doing that will make you lose your momentum and create comfort pockets with false beliefs. Impossibility simply means the lack of resources in your comfort pocket and not enough desire in your selfish motivation. In order to do or understand anything of this, let me first summarize what comfort pocket and selfish motivation are.
comfort pocket and selfish motivation has been mentioned extensively in other pieces of my writing. I'll summarize them roughly what they are here. comfort pocket is your body, mind, soul synchronized together to allow you to accomplish things "in automation". You are already using your comfort pockets everyday without knowing it. For example, when you go to work everyday, you probably follow the same route, same transportation service, meet and talk to the same people. However, I'm sure you've experienced many times that there are "blank spaces" in your memory when you try to remember the events that happened during your route to work and back. The reason the blank spaces exist in the first place isn't simply because you have bad memory. The real reason is that your comfort pocket has been activated so that your body can move and talk and think in automation. This way you can save as much energy as possible accomplishing your daily tasks. However, your "forgotten" memories can still be remembered if you can master meditation, or find a professional hypnotist. The reason you forgot is because accomplishing the same things every day is boring and energy wasting, so your body stores the memory into your deep subconscious area making it difficult for you to withdraw it readily. comfort pocket allows you to maximize your efficiency by minimizing energy spent. It's also where you store your core beliefs, and techniques. However, we don't simply live with comfort pockets, because we also have selfish motivation.
Recognizing your selfish motivation is simply recognizing the real you that is free from the influence of your surroundings. Recognizing the real you minimizes the amount of counter productive things you do, but instead accomplish things that are absolutely desirable to you and you only. If you recognize and follow your selfish motivation, then you will never be fatigued easily, because you know that you are enjoying life exactly the way you desire it, whether it's doing charity, getting a girlfriend, or bungee jumping. However, recognizing selfish motivation requires you not to cheat yourself. If you are reading this piece of writing then you have probably buried your selfish motivation too deep into your heart. With this problem, you most likely run into plenty of situations where you debate with yourself on whether you are doing something right. With those kinds of hesitations obstructing you, you will easily fatigue and lose any motivation to accomplish anything seriously desirable to you.
As you can tell, if you have abundant, and powerful amounts of high quality comfort pockets as a foundation, and a sharpened selfish motivation as a lead, then you should practically be able to handle anything. So what's the point of discussing momentum here? They key here is to extend the capabilities of your comfort pockets and selfish motivation if they are in good shape. To do that you will have to learn to not stop. Have you ever had any moments of bursts of good feelings, and you decided to push the work till later because you are "not sure" if you should give up on whatever you are doing right now, whether it's gaming, playing with your friends, family, or chilling out? This part of your comfort pocket is an inhibitor created by society to force you to join them and to "go with the flow". True, you should go with the flow to fit into society, but not when you're about to have an innovative idea that can result in bringing in even more desirable things into your life. The key to remember is to not stop. However, don't get frustrated if something very urgent happens to disturb your brilliant finding. As long you prepared your mind and body right, you will get your chance again, but once you get your chance, do not miss it. Once you have the right comfort pocket and selfish motivations, then keep going, then the momentum you built will obtain even more comfort pocket and selfish motivations that can help you accomplish your goals even faster and more efficiently. Doing this will also increase your chances of having those brilliant "bursts of ideas", because momentum literally makes your mind, body, and soul more sensitive to good ideas and better methods. The bigger it grows, the more powerful the ideas come. Remember to eliminate any negative feelings, no matter how small it is pertaining to the goal you want to dedicate your life to. Negativity will force you to take unnecessary breaks from your desire. Breaks should not be taken outside of your normal daily routine of fun, sleep and meals. In other words your spare time will be dedicated to it, but it doesn't matter, because it's what you want to do anyway, so why bother hesitating? Always have good feelings about it no matter what happens, and your momentum will power up. If you have trouble doing that and you feel stressed out, then you did something wrong, so work on your comfort pocket and selfish motivation some more. Explore the elements inside and overlap them with better methods and ideas. If you are not sure what comfort pocket is then read it here for a simple illustration, here for the full length explanation, and here for the abridged version of the full length. Read any of them you want. You don't have to read all of them. If you are not sure what selfish motivation is then read it here.
Momentum is not a feeling. You will not feel anything different. Feelings can only power it up, but it can not be felt. However, you know you have momentum if you realize that you don't want to stop at anything unnecessary to accomplishing your goal. It's self supporting and exponentially grows. Once you built your momentum, your body will go at it very efficiently and stress will not exist, except for slight amounts of body stress, which is normal because you are spending energy. With momentum running you won't lose hope in the process, or lose progress. You will constantly be faced with the decision to take unnecessary breaks along the way, but if you built your momentum strong, and your selfish motivation determined, then you will only take breaks that are absolutely necessary to live like sleeping, exercise breaks, meal breaks, and so on.
