Benefits Of Raising Everyone's Intelligence - How To Save The World

Here's some nonsense about a huge dilemma that we all face in this world; competition. Are you afraid of competition? What if everybody is just as smart and experienced as you are? Do you believe you'll lose your value and place? If you have anything to say then please don't hesitate to leave a comment below.

Are you dumb or smart? In what way are you dumb or smart? How happy are you living with those traits of yours? Do you believe those who are smarter should enjoy unfair advantages? Can those with superior logic demand even the most unreasonable things? Those are difficult questions that shouldn't be answered for you in your place. You can think about them at a later time. Nevertheless,  no matter what your answers may be, your intelligence alone can never be equated to true success in your life. Success is usually measured by the amounts of accomplishments of certain goals and objectives. You can have many goals. Some might be taken for granted. Others are more desirable. No matter which goal you have in mind, none of then can be accomplished based on intelligence alone. Intelligence is a great factor that may lead you to success, however, it's not the manifestation of success in it's self. In other words, just because someone is intelligent, doesn't mean they are guaranteed to succeed. In fact, they might fail even more than normal people.
Intelligence, if not motivated to move in the right direction is a big burden on the owner of this so called gift. When everything becomes too clear to the mind, you will feel like you are in a different world. Even though your physical body exists in the same plane as the rest of us, but your mind seems to be always one step beyond the current reality. However, this sort of feelings is simply a manifestation based on the interactions you held with those around you who are supposedly "less" intelligent. Though you are on the same physical plane as other individuals, your mind just don't correlate as well, as if you can't hold strong bonds with those around you. This world is not unachievable by others, but you just so happen to be born this way with a so called "advantage". It allows you to form connections faster between events and information that you are learning from  your environment. This world simply allows you to mentally connect faster, but you haven't really created anything very emotionally satisfying for yourself or those around you. If you are in this world for too long without the right selfish motivations, you the intelligent one will be guaranteed to feel alone, helpless and constantly in fear. If this is the case, then why doesn't everybody welcome each other into this special world of intelligence? The reason is another type of fear.
We all might have certain levels of compassion and sympathy, so we would absolutely desire to help train those to a higher skill level. However, this "selflessness" reaches an obstacle when the fear of training someone to become "better than you" can possibly appear as a threat. Fear is an emotion which is destiny's idea of a technique to keep living beings alive (yes, the word destiny has been personified. Get used to it.) . Intelligent beings are especially aware of this aspect of their life. With higher sensitivity towards fear, along with the ability to make connections at the speed of light, intelligent beings will succumb to their fear and form an overwhelming amount of greed. Greed is simply an answer to the common question we ask in a personal monologue: "what if....?" The question is answered by accumulating lots of excess (whether its money, fame, physical success, popularity, etc) to fight off against our natural fear of limitations. With this trend of thinking, greed has become the answer to all our problems. We definitely over abuse it ruthlessly. On the other hand, the intelligent ones can abuse it easier, so as a result, abuse it harder and more ruthlessly. Greed is not the ending, or a sin, but rather an open ended path that can have many different endings. The correct path is to take greediness to beyond the extreme to surpass the phenomenon of greed. However, its rare for the common population to be greedy enough to surpass greed. The reason is everybody constantly struggles in the middle between fear and greed. For the sake of this piece of writing, only the struggle of greed and fear will be discussed, but don't disregard other emotions that exist within us. A good example of someone not taking greed seriously would be a common rich person. A common rich person is only greedy in terms of obtaining physical amounts of money, fame, physical prizes, and other physical things. In this big world, that is barely any greed at all considering how little personal satisfaction those physical objects can bring. This is especially true if that same rich person numbed their emotions in exchange for their wealth for too long. A truly greedy person would desire to have all aspects of their lives satisfied along with their wealth gain like for example, earning true friendships, obtaining a happy and exciting personality, having super amounts of health, and so on, not simply just obtaining wealth while sacrificing everything else. And no, using money to buy everything is not greed. It's hopelessness. It's giving in to an "easy shortcut" to handle things. If anyone is greedy enough, they'll search for the real methods to obtain the goal of their greedy desires while feeling absolutely self satisfied. If they don't then they're no different from someone who is trying to buy selflessness, it's a contradiction. Doing all that sounds impossible doesn't it? Not true.
When fear pulls anybody too far behind from true greed (true selfish motivation), then the victim will succumb to their fear and become "selfishly lazy". This is especially true of intelligent beings. So what's the solution to obtaining everything with pure satisfaction? Partners. Partners with equal or competitive intelligence to be specific. Intelligent individuals need partners who are just as intelligent to move on in life. Instead of succumbing to the fear of partners betraying you, you should have motivation that can even surpass these silly fears. Intelligent partners are not only helpful but absolutely necessary. They are there when you "run out" of ideas, or run out of ways to practically carry out your ideas. They can give you extra paths to follow to accomplish your goals. They can save you from danger during your path. They can smack you back to your senses when you give up too prematurely. They can take some part of the burden. As you can see, partners are very helpful, so what kind of partners should you look for?
The reason why close partnerships are not a popular thing nowadays is because of fear of betrayal. There can be several reasons to fear your partners. One reason for your fear is your suspicion of a hidden intention (selfish motivation). We all fear the unknown. This is especially true if you believe you are the target to be exploited by this unknown factor. Second reason is that your partner has a different selfish motivation. If the terms aren't set right, your partner might be concentrating all the resources into accomplishing their own goal, completely neglecting or delaying your plan, and the end result of their accomplishment might conflict with your goal. Third reason is their selfish motivation is too similar to yours. This is a problem when the goal, or "prize" is too limited to be shared fairly causing a major conflict.
No matter which scenario it is, the team can only be held together when a "leader" is set out for everybody to center into.  A leader is not necessarily an individual or group designated to be the center of attention. A leader can be a strong idea which motivates everybody and keeps everybody together. However, a leader does not necessarily equate to everybody's goals. It's a stepping stone that will help each individual team members satisfy a prerequisite for their goal in mind. Physical leaders can be selected if it pains everybody to have an abstract idea as a leader. However, that leader's role is to give a path everybody should follow, regulate everybody's level's of selfish motivation and fatigue levels, not give orders. If selfish motivation is strong enough, fatigue levels shouldn't exist. In reality, accidents can happen, and fatigue mysteriously becomes an obstacle. If fatigue levels exist, then leaders should aid in reevaluating selfish motivation and determination levels, or give breaks for the fatigued team member for self reevaluation. Leaders should never give orders. Orders will dampen selfish motivation and cause it to break up. Once the goal is accomplished, selfish motivation should be reevaluated to determine the prize division for each individuals. It's important for each individual member to remember the original selfish motivation (which is a deeper reason than the superficial goal) and obtain what is necessary at the end rather than eating into unnecessary excess. Once selfish motivation has gained enough momentum, then any other future goals can be easily accomplished. The worst that can happen is selfish motivation block causing hesitation and lack of energy. An inexhaustible selfish motivation and determination is always more valuable than some physical prize, no matter how big or "society satisfying" it is. Your will and your personal goal will always be your backbone to keep you on your feet. Even if some morons or rivals drive you off your path, society will always consider it to be you at fault, so remember that.
The above stated team formation will easily be crushed if any of the team members isn't a bit selfishly motivated. Those who are truly motivated are just as competent or usually more competent than those who are intelligence competent, which can always be trained and mastered under the guidance of the other team members. You would rather have a partner who can spend many tireless nights, rather than relying on an intelligent individual who vomits at the idea of contribution.
