Ever imagined never "being sick" again? Nonsense. There is no such thing. Sickness is a good thing. It keeps your immune system working, but there are ways to prepare yourself to embrace sick times. If you have anything to say then please don't hesitate to leave a comment below.
Do you know when you're sick? Yea of course you do. You feel weak, pains all over, buggas flowing out of your nose, coughing, fatigue, and you name it. Knowing you're actually sick is a piece of cake. Your body will make sure you know it. At this point, it's too late. You'll have to wait for your immune system to fight it off, or worst scenario, is to live with it forever.
There are two techniques needed to prevent chronic illness. One is washing your hands, and keeping yourself clean. Duh. It's all over the newspapers. Don't eat things off the floor, touch foreign materials and rub your nose, eyes, or food. You know, the common hygiene stuff. This one is based on the comfort pocket you in your daily life. If you store your comfort pocket with laziness, tendency to rebel against cleanliness, then you'll have to learn to suffer for it. However, there those with bad hygiene but still not get sick. Why is that?
The other technique is based on the compatibility of your comfort pockets. In other words, your comfort world. No one in this world ever said that a person who is perfectly clean is never going to get sick. It just lowers the chances of cross infection. In the end, you still have to rely on one very important factor, your immune system. Medicine, shots, vaccine, acupuncture, or herbs are all based on your immune system. Think in reverse. If your feed medicine to a corpse, would it live again? Well, unless it's a movie or some other magical feat, the answer is definitely a NO. Medication only works by supporting your immune system. It's like giving weapons to unarmed villagers. Those villagers are the ones that support your body functions and fight off germs. So what is the other technique used to fight off pathogens? You. To be more specific, the combination of your faith, will, and emotional quality (comfort pocket).
There are actually people in this world in which you can roll them throw a nest of the worst diseases in the world, and they'll come out perfectly fine. Yes, they are rare. Yes, it's their genetics (or training with genetics). They exist. It's not that they are strong. It's just that we are weak. Our body is a funny thing. It's like a river. If you throw anybody inside, normally they should drown. What if they don't drown? Well, they'll live there and feast on the resources there. In our case, those guys are the germs, and we are the host they are feasting on. People with a poor river current will try to supplement with cannons, guns, or bombs, like medicine. Yes, those things are awesome. However, you're also polluting that same river and causing rocks to ricochet into it. Now, you have those debris to deal with and future pathogens.
You get what I'm getting at. The best way for you to fight off pathogens (or incorporate them as your soldiers) is to keep a strong river flow in your body. Well, you don't have to do use that imagery all the time, or your heart might suffer from the high blood pressure. As I mentioned in my other writings. There are two ways to fight off diseases. One is to tame them, and the other is to kill them. Modern medicine has no way of detecting "taming" of pathogens, and I have no way to prove it either. Believing me or not is entirely up to you. According to what I learned in school, our body has these memory white blood cells that memorizes the looks of the pathogens in terms of antibody secretion recognizing antigens. Those are things scientists "observed" under the microscope. There are also macrophages that engulfs bacteria. Blah blah blah. However, how do you know that they are really dead? It's impossible to observe every interaction a pathogen has with the body. It all depends on experimenting with some radioactive trace elements, x rays, chemical binding, or some other "indirect" ways to observing the process. In other words, everything is entirely based on a theory that NOBODY can see. So here, I'll propose a theory that nobody can see either. It sounds almost like an empty theory that nobody can prove yet. You can tame whatever disease you have in your body.
Chronic illness is a disease that's been there for a long time. By definition, a month or longer would count as chronic illness. Preventing shouldn't be that tricky. But nowadays, we are all too busy and impatient to realize the technique to handle it. One thing I have to clarify first before you begin. By the time you notice symptoms, like small amount of fatigue, or some other signs, then it's too late. You might think it suddenly happened, but it might have been dormant there for a long time already. Your body already tried it's best fight it off without your help. If you reached that stage, then hopefully your disease is not too serious. If you haven't then there's still a good solution for you.
If you're happy with your life (not the wild dramatic kind, but the peaceful satisfying kind), then keep yourself that way. Any negativity will corrode your body remember? If negative thoughts enters you, don't panic. You need them for your everyday logic. Remember, positiveness corrodes your mind. However, negativity or positiveness should flow along with the river imagery I mentioned earlier. No amount should be forced to stay. The idea is to keep the flow continuing. Let the old stuff fly out of your body. Never suppress anything longer than it feels like. Let's say you feel angry, let it ooze out. If you feel too excited, let it ooze out. If you try to suppress or retain any emotions, ending in an obsession (according to a kundalini book I read), then you'll definitely get sick. The most often end result is cancer if you've been doing this kind of thing long enough. If it's just a small regrets then you'll find yourself with the same aches, colds, pains every year.
To sum it up, how do you prevent yourself from getting chronic illness? Recognize your emotional build up. This technique won't be able to handle ALL your illness, because there are plenty of times where you can't relate to how to handle your emotions. If that's the case, you can build a comfort pocket to follow or counter that. Don't forget about hygiene. You won't get sick with strong emotional faith, but people around you without emotional faith will get sick. Be courteous and have courage.
